For various projects that UGT had built and developed through the years. UGT can singly or do a combination of multiple applications with the investors to build a massive project that is extremely profitable, efficient, and short-term ROI and the advantage are that fortunately, we don’t know of a company that can offer the same.
Some of these project applications are very profitable and certainly there is a need for it all over the world including but not limited to:
1- Building various wind turbines that can work 24 hours with or without wind for both homes and industrial versions.
2- Building wind power plants since we have no limitations about being wind or not. And UGT is much smaller and cheaper to install and maintain.
3- Generating water desalination using only moister and evaporated ocean water through our two wind technologies and not the desalination methods currently are using is expensive and very damaging to the sea.
Simply because, though oceans are vast now. But when companies are taking hundreds of millions of liters per day and returning that salt back to the ocean, it causes a damaging result to the ecosystem, and ocean life is in danger. This long-term effect is now being ignored.
But we do it safely without damaging the ocean.
4- Generating water in any area away from the ocean and developing our own hydroponics.
5- Adapt currently used boilers or build a whole new UGT version that is capable of making electricity in massive amounts using the heat of the boiler.
6- Building Biogas and boiler generators.
7- Building hybrid cars that only use 20% fossil fuel and the rest runs on Hydrogen that our own built system can generate without adding hydrogen tank or buying expensive hydrogen for both financially and safety of customers
1- Producing wind turbines both for homes and industrial use:
Now, especially with seeing such a hot summer that heat wave is interrupting the world, wind turbines from 1kWh – 100kWh are becoming very popular. And it is a very popular market now.
UGT wind turbines since they can produce 24/7/365 regardless of the weather make us very unique to be able to get a good share of the market. Their small design especially is a big plus.
Due to the competitive pricing and performance of these current turbines in the market.

BUILDING WIND TURBINE POWER PLANT:
Here at UGT, we have designed turbines with 1.5 to 3 MW. Due to the small size and sharp design, we can combine and go much higher for power plants as customer needs. There are no limits on how much we can install.
Most important is that they do not take as much room or need massive lands as current wind turbines require.
Due to the high density of all the UGT turbines, we can build a much more powerful power plant from a much smaller space and cheaper to maintain, but more power output for customers.
Yearly sales for the first one or two years are estimated at 350MWh minimum. Our final cost is about "$300,000" per MWh. Our gross sales are $500,000 per MWh. This includes construction and connection to the grid as well.
SALES ESTIMATES:
350MWh x $500,000= $175,000,000 gross
350MWh x $300,000= $105,000,000 cost
350MWh x $200,000= $ 70,000,000 Profit
Payroll, building parts, shipping, and connections are included in the cost.
In scenario 2, when investors makes an investment and we build the power plants. Sales estimations are as follows:
350MWh x 1000= 350,000 kWh
350,000 kWh x $ 7%= $24,500 per hour per kWh. (Sales per kWh)
$24,500 x 24= $588,000 Daily electric sales
$588,000 x 30+ $17,640,000 (sales per month)
$17,640,000x 12= $211,680,000 (Electric sales per year).
PRODUCTION AND DESALINATION OF WATER WITH THE HELP OF WIND TURBINE.
UGT uses its own 24/7/365 wind turbines and with 1.5 MWh power can generate 1.2 million liters of water and after sterilization and getting it ready for drinking water. When all bad particles are removed and add additives needed to be ready for bottling or agricultural use.
PLEASE NOTE FOR CLIENTS WHO WANT 300MILLION OR 700 MILLION LITRES PER DAY, WE USE DIFFERENT SET UP THAT IS MORE COST EFFECTIVE AND OUR ELECTRIC USAGE IS EXTREMLY LOW. ALL WITHOUT DAMAGING THE OCEAN BY ADDING ALL THAT SALT BACK. UGT ONLY USES EVAPORATED WATER FROM OCEANS OR MOISTER FROM AIT THROUGH ITS OTHER TECHNOLOGIES.
If this water is produced in Arabic countries, It will be produced and released as follows:
1,200,000 x$.0.3% = $360,000 per day.
(Please note the cost of the 1-liter bottle for $0.30 was used as every source that was checked, indicated that in UAE for instance, the cost of bottle water is between 2.5 to 8 Derham depending on what part of the country you are in. We used the lowest as an average for these calculations.)
$360,000 x 30= $10,800,000 Monthly
$10,800,000 x 12= $129,600,000 yearly.
The cost of building this size desalination and bottling plant is average around $3 Million.
Monthly upkeep, payroll, and maintenance cost= $200,000 per month.
Water production and hydroponics crops.
The design and construction of the fresh water device can be done in the form of green farm house that requires 3MWh energy.
It requires about three million liters of water suitable for hydroponic cultivation.
With this much water, you can cultivate hydroponics to serve about ten hectares of vertical green farm.
With this size green farm, the following crops can be cultivated:
1- 1200 tons of summer products per hectare.
2- Amount of 350 fodder per day, per hectare as food feed for cattle farms or milking farms.
The cost of building a vertical green farm and production of summer fruit and vegetable, Electric production to cover our needs, and water production to cultivate hydroponics for 10-hectare costs about $15 Million. This number can be varied and more accurate cost calculated after the site visit for EPC and site evaluation.
Building a fodder farm if added will cost around $45 Million. The following income can be projected based on current market prices in UAE or Saudi Arabia:
Fodder farm:
10 x350= 3500 tons per day
$3500 x $229 average cost per bale of hay or other greens cows eat = $801,000
$801,000 x 30= $24,030,000 per month
$24,000,000 x 12= $288,360,000 per year.
