A boiler is a device which contains a water tank, burner and furnace. Boilers come in many sizes and are a significant source of heating and hot water for homes, large building, and factories. The UGT Tech Boiler System is available in two options:
1) UGT Tech designed complete unit.
2) UGT Tech Boiler System Retrofit Kit. This kit that can be retrofitted unto any boiler in the world enabling them to produce electricity. This is especially valuable for remote areas that either have no electricity the cost is very expensive. With the UGT Tech Retrofit System Kit installed electricity is available 24/7/365.
PROCESS:
There are millions of boilers worldwide. They use a variety of fuels, including coal, wood, diesel fuel, gas, animal waste, etc. The UGT Tech Boiler System Retrofit Kit is designed so it is compatible with any boiler, no limitations.
The UGT Tech economizer creates warm air before the water reaches its prescribed temperature of 90 degrees Celsius. From there the water enters the boiler where it is heated to 600 degrees Celsius. The water becomes highly pressured steam which drives the steam turbine, which in turn generates electricity.
The steam, with a temperature of approximately 200 degrees Celsius then returns to the boiler in the form of hot water and is used to maintain heat and hot water for the home or building.
The UGT Tech Boiler System also enables the boiler to release exponentially fewer gases into the atmosphere than current boilers.
